Oxford Health Plans

TEIGIT offers two groups of Oxford Health Plans for Sole Proprietors, for a total of 9 different plans

Note that when Oxford subscribers are outside of the Oxford coverage area of metro-NY, NJ and CT, any United HealthCare Choice Plus provider is considered in-network.

I - TEIGIT Oxford Plans

Eligibility Requirements:

• Membership in an affiliated association for a minimum of 30 days prior to your effective date of coverage - Contact TEIGIT for a list of TEIGIT-Oxford affiliated associations.
• Tax documentation showing that you are self-employed and work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Live or work in the Oxford NY Coverage Area: NYC, LI, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester Counties.

Rates are based on the calendar year, with all plans subject to new rates every January 1. You may change plans as of January 1 of any year. Preferred rates and individualized plan designs are available for small businesses of 2-50 owners/employees.

II - NYC - LI Oxford Plans

Eligibility Requirements:

• Tax documentation showing that at least 51% of your employment income comes from self-employment
• Live or work based in NYC or Long Island.

Rates are based on enrollment date, for a 12-month contract, changing upon plan renewal. You may change plans on your plan anniversary date.
