Eligibility
You must be under age 65, a member of your association for a minimum of 30 days prior to your effective date of coverage and self-employed in the arts and entertainment industry.
There are three CIGNA Plans available
The three plans are open access plans and include prescription benefits. The New Jersey Open Access provider network is quite large and you can look up providers on www.cigna.com.
