Eligibility
You must be under age 65, a member of your association for a minimum of 30 days prior to your effective date of coverage and self-employed in the arts and entertainment industry.
The following Plan is available from CIGNA
Preferred Provider Option (PPO)
This plan allows a member to go to any doctor in or out of the CIGNA network, anywhere in the world. No referrals are required. Please see PPO Benefit Summary for details.
