Eligibility Requirements

In order to be eligible for insurance through TEIGIT, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. 

Health Insurance:

• Reside in one of our covered areas
• Member in good standing of an affiliated association for:
• New York State – 30 days by your insurance effective date
• All others – 30 days by your insurance effective date
• In NYS – self-employed or sole proprietor, and provide supporting tax documentation.

Dental Insurance:

• Under Age 65
• Reside in a covered area; we cover most of the United States. Call TEIGIT for exclusions.
• Member in good standing of an affiliated association for 90 days by your insurance effective date.
