Cigna Dental Plan: HMO & PPO

Eligibility

You must be under age 65, a member of your association for a minimum of 30 days prior to your effective date of coverage and employed in the arts and entertainment industry.

Enrollment Dates

New enrollments for the CIGNA Dental Plans are accepted on a monthly basis. Applications must be received prior to the effective date.

TEIGIT offers an HMO and PPO dental plan. The HMO is limited to dentists in the CIGNA Dental Care Network. The PPO uses the larger CIGNA Dental Radius Network and has out-of-network benefits. Please see the plan descriptions for detailed information.

If you would like to apply for coverage, print and complete the Information and Rate Sheet and Enrollment Form and return to TEIGIT with the appropriate payment. Applications must be received prior to the effective date.
